        Terrible! Whilst I'm going in for some change, I produce my card and she tells me I have to withdraw money first from the atm(not a big deal) however her mobile rings and she asks me if she can take it as its from her kids school. So she took the call whilst serving me. How is anyone allowed in the banking industry to keep and take a call on the counter. Surely that's not in the regulations HSBC or FSA. Can't imagine if she used her phone at other times to take photos of sensitive material.. sorry this out.
