POOR Service! THE attitude towards the customer is Dismal to say the Least. Gigi a staff member has an attitude problem rude to customers and talks to people with no manners or courtesy. I stood ALONE for 3 mins waiting to be served. 2 staff behind the Counter niether served me or acknowledged me. Both stood there scorning each other. What ever Backroom politics are happening at this store should not be the Concern or effect the Customer service. I have walked out without buying anything and I shall Not Return. Wenzels needs to train their staff and remove the Bad ones. Off to find a GREGGS disappointed and hungry. Also Gigi consuming behind the counter?

Ive visited the Ickenham branch yesterday to grab a sandwich, drink and snack for my daughter before she starts her shift at work. I couldn't FaceTime her as connection was poor. She asked me to send her pictures of what they had only to be told off by one of the staff to stop taking pictures! I explained that I'm only sending it to my daughter to choose what she would like otherwise why would I take pictures of sandwiches!! Sometimes staff need to use their common sense. No apology or anything after my explanation. If it was some kind of policy then she shouldve come and spoke to me and not shout over the counter in front of other customers as its rude and embarrassing. I did get my daughter a sandwich but told her that I can't take pictures of snacks as I wasn't allowed to!! Will not visit again.
