37 mins to get served 2 rolls 2 cups of tea and two cakes 3 behind the counter no que and beween the three of them all involved in the order that's the time it took the one on the till hadn't a clue one made one of the rolls and she told the other boy she didn't really want yo make it she would just take the cucumber out of another in the fridge same thing she said customer didn't want cucumber it use to be a lovely bakerys there is different staff in it every time you go in now and they haven't got a clue so sad to see this shop go down more every week

Went in to this bakery and ordered a latte and steak slice and sausage rolls , the service was shambolic and the coffee was ok just , I stopped going into Costa as their service and coffee was not up to scratch !! This bakery Blakes tried to be a posh Gregs or better than Costa but alas, it fails and I dont understand why these places have mood music that is foreign I.e Indian or Middle Eastern ?? On the background ? I am very open to multiculturalism but when ones eating food and drink in a none concept establishment then surely the music must be more of a wider demographic? Not to suit the people who work in the shop . ? Customer experience includes environment and service !!! Retrain your teams on customer service and mood management please or you will go out of business. I have been in the hospitality trade for 35 years successfully ..please heed my experienced view of your business
