        This place has the worst store manager. Kimberley. She has a terrible attitude and absolutely has no way to deal with the public. The bike department manager John was amazing and couldn't have been more helpful.

        I received a bike health assessment and was quoted a price for the repairs by Jon. When I brought bike in, he refused to do the work, even though i had already paid. He doesnt seem to enjoy his job. I feel more comfortable being served by pleasant/happy people

        Bike mechanic called Jon was rude and unhelpful, he seemed like he was in a bad mood with me, but we'd never met before. I will avoid this particular Halfords in future
