Mary was great .... saw me on time, took pains to explain procedure, made sure I was comfortable and did an excellent job to microsuction the excess of wax in my ears. Very impressed and would both use the service again and recommend to friends.

I had a very painful ear and difficult to shift wax. I attended Hearing First today and was seen by Mary Levy. I have nothing but the highest admiration for Mary for the high degree of professionalism, competence and consideration she displayed at todays session. Mary was a model of courtesy with a very calming and reassuring influence. Quality of work was top class and of very high professional standard. Also the advice and guidance provided by Mary was very clear and precise. I will be coming to Hearing First on a regular basis for my hearing needs. I would like to thank Mary who did an amazing job today, this was my first experience having Micro Suction and I am pleased to say it went very smoothly. Pain free and I can hear perfectly out of my ears once again. Mary is friendly and professional, she made sure that I was comfortable throughout the process. Highly recommended and will return in the future.
