        I had an appointment today, the first time I've used this method rather than an irritating wait for an appointment to see the practice nurse when you've put drops or olive oil in the ears and gone completely deaf. I was seen bang on time, by a charming lady named Hayley. Not that I was at all queasy, Hayley said if I needed a break just let her know. My left ear canal was completely blocked and it did take several attempts and drops to soften the wax, which came out in small lumps. The right ear was easier, and I could not believe the size of the piece of wax which came out. It was about 1.5" long and about 0.25" wide. I would thoroughly recommend this practice, and what was nice was that there was no attempt to sell me anything afterwards, not even any oil. Very professional, as was the receptionist as well.
