        Deeply upset with the service, and it is not the first time. Car is currently in the service and I was waiting for insurance to pay for repairs. While chasing the branch on the phone was getting the same answer- somebody from our team will give you a call back. They never called. Now managed to get to the manager and received the email that they dont work with insurances, not ready to give any advise or help and if you are not ready to pay yourself, then take your car elsewhere. Absolutely shocking experience. I do recommend to look for other brunches, as this service does not match the Audi quality.
