        Called in when delivering a car locally as had a small issue with the adjustable boot shelf. They fixed the clips in under ten minutes and said no charge. Service centre looked busy but everyone was friendly, evidently well run and a good place to work.

        I took my new Audi Q7 for a full service with nothing wrong with the glovebox after service the glovebox mechanism wasnt working this now shows a part being stolen from this glovebox just the part will now cost me 402+VAT for a new one. Ive now stopped going there just for this reason.
