Harold Wood Audi

Got a brand new car which was not as described so essentially mis sold to me.. When i told the dealer this is not the correct specification , they did not want to hear it and dont offer any help. Worst service ever. Have to go through the legal route to get my money back now! Wont go back there anymore, or any of those dealers. Stay away from this place . .

Buying a car for the first time couldnt of gone any smoother, all thanks to Jordan Harris, the on going support was great and as a result we found the perfect car, he just made the whole process so easy, even making the extra effort of delivering the car to me, I cant see myself going anywhere else to purchase a car!

This is one of the several audi car showroom in the UK. I never knew Audi has such luxurious product of cars, but visiting this showroom just took away that ignorance and I'm now in love with audi products.

I had an appointment with them, I left the car with them clearly described what the issue is and how to reproduce it (showed it to their technician) and after 2 months they did nothing. The car was just staying there, they did not find the time to look at it, so only thing I could do is just to come and get the car back with no job done. After 3 months of staying the battery was 100% out so before giving the car back to me they have had to charge the battery. This is not the service I've expected to get from Audi.
