Unbelievably rude person to deal with. Not impressed at all with her lack of professionalism. I have asked you nicely (once!) to add UK to the end of your business name on social media- just like your website and email address at present. I am not asking you to change your business name. I am not doing this out of spite- I am asking you to please clarify your location to clients, as I get your business enquiries!!! This is for your benefit Beverly. Even though I have registered trade mark to the business name you are using, and Ive been in business under this name, for 33 years, I dont mind if you use it. Please put UK at the end, its that easy. Ive lost my parents too. I know how you may be feeling horrible at the moment. You dont need to take out your grief on me, Im not here to hurt you. I realise you will come to your senses when your emotions subside and probably be thoroughly embarrassed at your outburst. Its just a request for two letters -U.K. I have been forwarding your clientele back to you politely and kindly for months. How many times have I asked you? Once.
