Geo Wilkins was easy to work with and came up with some really good ideas! We were both very confident working with him, he was patient and kept us well informed, and we plan to work with his colleagues in Happy Building on the next stage of our project. Extension to replace an old garage Planning to do a single storey side extension. We found Happy Building's Geo excellent to work with. He explained the process to us, measured our property and produced two possible choices for us, one of which we've decided to go with. We really liked the way he answered all our queries and explained everything to us. We'd definitely recommend the service we received to anyone who's never done building work/planning applications before.

It's been a pleasure working with Geo on our home extension project, which includes a rear extension, a garage conversion and a complete refurbishment of the ground floor of our semi-detached house. We first met Geo in the office back in November. He explained the design and planning process with clarity, talking through all services that Happy Building offered. With a very fast turnaround, he designed two different options based on our brief by the end of the year. He also provided current market estimates for the construction costs. In January, Geo worked together with us on refining one of the options and he submitted the planning application to the council by mid January. The whole design experience has been very smooth and we are very happy with how our project is taking shape.
