I found Kaushik and the team at Your Architect to be very accommodating, professional and knowledgeable. Kaushik was able to present a variety of ideas when working through design considerations and also in advising us with the works we had planned. Additionally, I noted that he was also very patient and informative when dealing with the various queries we had. Overall, I would highly recommend Your Architect to anyone looking to commence a new project.

I gave my brief to several architects everyone of them said it couldn't be done. But not Your Architect Ltd they came up with a superb design that balled us over. Harrow planning rejected it but without any hesitation Kaushik Patel recommended we appeal it as he was confident, we would win the appeal. How true he was, now we have our dream house and set new standards for my area. I would recommend them whole heartily.

Your Architect Ltd has been knowledgeable, creative, efficient, responsive and helpful during the process of designing and submitting plans for our double storey extension. Ko liased with the council when we were advised our preferred option would be rejected; negotiating an alternative, discussing this with us and revising the plans extremely quickly to minimise any delays. Permission was subsequently granted and we are looking forward to creating a home we will love. I would not hesitate to recommend them and would definitely use them again for any future projects.

Our journey with the Kaushik and his team started in 2017 with a plan for an extension which subsequently resulted in a new build which we are coming to the end of. We very much felt from the beginning that we were working with family who understood our goals, adapted. accordingly when needed and genuinely cared about the house as if their own regardless of size of project. Kaushik understood the vision from an early onset and familiarised himself with our lifestyle, career and family in order to provide the optimal home for us. The teams continued presence and support during the planning and even build phase has been invaluable. They worked well with our builders which facilitated decision making processes with ease.
