I am a small private developer who has commissioned Maisuria Architects on a new build housing project in Worcester Park, Surrey. Maisuria Architect was responsible for the design and construction support of our 5 x flat project in Surrey ( 1 x 3 bed, 3 x 2bed, 1 x 1 bed). We worked closed with Matt and the Maisuria team from design, through to planning application, construction and building regs approval. They were easy to work with and absolutely fantastic going above and beyond what would be expected. Matt from Maisuria Architect was the most important person that helped to bring our project to a successfully outcome. They are highly recommended and we will most certainly be using Matt for our next project.

Matt Maisuria is quite a remarkable, ultra Modern talented Architect. He listened to our aspirations and turned them into detailed drawings which built upon and exceeded our expectations. He is professional, friendly, experienced, knowledgeable and visionary whose problem solving skills proved invaluable in gaining Full Planning Consent for our home re-model with a double storey rear extension. Matt has incredible work ethic and we hope to have the opportunity to work with him again.

My wife and I were looking for a local architect to help give us ideas as to how we could develop / renovate our 1960s detached house. We contacted Maisuria architects as we liked the look of some of the projects that they had done. Matt Maisuria visited us to chat over ideas for the project. During this initial meeting it was clear that Matt was very passionate about architecture and how a well thought through design scheme could really improve the function and enjoyment of living in the house. We both felt that Matt really understood what we were hoping to achieve and felt confident in instructing him to come up with some design schemes for us. Matt came back to us a number of weeks later with three different design concepts. It was very useful to see the designs in 3d as it clearly showed us what we could do. All the designs had merit but one of really ticked all the boxes on our wish list and gave us something that we didnt think that we could possibly achieve. Following this Matt has successfully achieved planning for the design and we are hoping to build it next year.
