I was very impressed with Oakwood Tree Surgeons. I got a call shortly after I emailed the enquiry, Pete showed up about fifteen minutes later and the job was done by the time the week was out. I still haven't heard from the other local tree surgeons that I contacted. My garden looks great. Pete and his son removed and cut back a lot of self seeded ash and sycamore, hawthorn etc, showing a lot of both knowledge and respect for the garden - which has been rather neglected till now. I will definitely get them back again.

Found Pete via the Which Local service. he replied to my enquiry quickly and provided a competitive quote. He & his team turned up promptly on the day and did a great job cutting and tidying the trees on my boundary . I would recommend their service,

Having been brought up in a family of gardeners I am very fussy and quite demanding of the gardeners I use. I like it done properly......i.e how I was taught myself! Ive used Pete to manage a variety of trees over the past few years and have stuck with his firm because he is incredibly knowledgable and also very sympathetic about what does and doesn't need doing. He is also competitively priced! Pete came a few weeks ago to cut back and tidy up a garden in a new house Ive just moved into, the garden hadn't been touched in a number of years and the job was simply overwhelming for me to do on my own.... I was so impressed at what 2 men were able to do in a day they did the work of at least 4 men! I would definitely recommend him as I have already to a number of people who have been equally impressed!
