This is a scam. We paid for a washing machine that they told us was about a year old. They delivered a completely different model to the advert, which was 16 years old. On closer inspection and testing it is rusty and leaks. After 5 minutes all the warning lights are on and it wont work at all. We were promised 3 months warranty and free delivery. We called Robert (or Roy or John - who knows what his real name is) and he pretended to be someone else., told us it was a wrong number and has now blocked us from calling. DO NOT BUY - it is a scam.

Words cannot be trusted, don't waste your time. Will make appointments, break them and you have to be the person making contact with them. No apology. Thumbs down

These people are scam artists. The appliances advertised in the photos online are not the ones they have in shop. I bought a cooker i saw advertised, i was told i would get 3 months warrantee and free delivery. I was not home so my wife received the cooker on delivery. After cleaning and testing the cooker she realised that it was badly burnt, did not work properly and was a completely different cooker to the one advertised. I called to complain and even sent them photos highlighting the differences and problems. They refused to give us a refund and blocked our phone numbers. Do Not Buy From These People!
