        The engineer came on time,looked at the freezer and said that it needs power control board. I had to ring to find out what is happening as the engineer told me someone will ring you tomorrow. When i rang they said no answer received from the manufacturer. Rang again after two days same answer. If you can't get the parts then say so. I hope they give my money back. It has been a week without the freezer
