I am an overseas landlord and just by chance I came accross to LLH residential, and how lucky I was. Normally I didnt want to work with a letting agent because of high charges and lack of attention but LLH Residentail was totally the opposite. They are reliable, attentetive and always return my calls and messages. My flat has been rented very fast with my asking price. Thank you so much for helping me out at a very stressful time.

I spend not more than 6-9 months of the year in the UK and so it's important that I stay in a decent place, with good rent and a flexible contract. And the LLH team, especially Giuseppe, have been kind enough to arrange me a good place that I can call home on more than one occasion in the last 3 years. They're responsive, easily in contact, and most helpful with any query during the tenancy. You can always count on them!

Good service and no issues with communicating. I had booked my room from India with just the photos and got the room as it was shown in the pictures.
