Awesome location, great and safe neighborhood. This is one of the best pockets in HoH and south harrow. There are some fundamental issues with the building, being old there are perpetual leakage problems. While I only stayed there for 6 months during 2019 - apart from me, three other resident families moved out of the property due to leakage related issues. I was living in flat 14, and I was duped by Gibbs Gillespie by lying about the chronic leakage issues in the flat/ property. By the way this furnished flat looks nice at first glance but that is a deception!! I eventually had to lodge a complaint to Harrow council Health and Environment department, who on inspection confirmed about the chronic leakage issues in their report and assessed the situation uninhabitable. The landlord, who initially was not given any heeds to the situation for 5 months, started calling repeatedly overnight with promise to get things fixed within a matter of days. Pretty unprofessional !. The estate agent also expelled the landlord as customer by cancelling contract owing to " irresponsible landlord". I only wish this landlord some peace of mind; and any future resident a good luck, especially if you are in leaking situation.

I too lived here. extremely peaceful location in Harrow. But the Lychagte manor building has leakage, mould issues which comes into the flats. Also, the flat which I lived has heating issues which use to give me extremely high bills, uncomfortable living conditions (extremely cold/extremely hot conditions).
