Avoid Barratt and this property at all cost. Building work is not done properly. In my case I had 3 water leaks in my brand new apartment. This cause a massive mold infestation. Barrat, especially Ben Weston don't even wanna deal with eat and work on rectifying it. Shame! Avoid! Its been 4 weeks and nothing happened. Not even the leaks are taken care of.

Price quality ratio is definitely not matching the expectations for such a building The apartment is very nice and we'll furnished. Cosy and of decent size, 1 to 2 persons can feel very comfortable living here. And that's about it in terms of advantages. The services are very bad: - there are 2 elevators and every second week one is broken for at least a week, if not longer - cooling is failing to work every one and then - common areas are relatively dirty especially the lobby and the elevators - the concierge is exceptionally badly located, the deliverymen end up leaving the parcels in the entrance with some getting stolen at times - my intercom was broken and building maintenance took 6 months to fix it - I asked the building management for a commercial gesture which they promised but never gave 2 large buildings are in the making in the direct vicinity which cause quite a bit of noise disturbance. Considering that the rent will increase by c. 20% at my 12-month anniversary I definitely do recommend this place only for short term stay
