    I dont think the building management understand their customers or who Vertus appeals to. - Someone spending 2.5k pm on a flat doesnt want to be hassled with an unexpected, non-consulted, and not required intrusion to our flats to change 500 door locks. - We dont want to be hassled with a reminder emails to go and collect our new front door keys when weve already moved in. - We dont want a management team to close the service elevator whilst they repair the main elevators. - We dont to rent a flat that doesnt have a working intercom because the front door is too sensitive to open when its windy. The front of house staff get who their customers are and are impeccable; the sales team and move in team get who their customers are and deliver an excellent hassle, free service. But the building management team constantly keep hassling us. Its rather annoying and not fitting of a please leave us be experience we expect when paying a premium. Its poor. The flat is lovely but the management is out of touch.

    Spent a year living here. The staff are great, but the company are absolutely terrible. The lifts were constantly breaking down and the company they force you to use for managing utility payments, were completely rogue. When it can to lease renewal time, the back office staff were completely unreasonable. They are willing to mislead and bully tenants into accepting terms which are not in the tenants favour. They promote on their website that there products are flexible, they are not. We were forced to move from what we considered to be our home as Vertus only goal was pure profit seeking over term flexible. I would not recommend anyone lease from Vertus.
