Terrible concierge / property manager named Jessica. Believes she owns the place and behaves incredibly rudely to residents. Scowls whenever you request her politely to do something (that is well within the purview of HER JOB). Apparently someone died and made her queen. As long as she's here, avoid the place. JLL must be nuts to employ someone with absolutely no people skills as the "property manager". I see some of the other reviews speak of her favorably and can't help but think that those are fake

Not at all a good apartment to live in. Horrible and very rude concierge staff, I am staying here for last one and a half year. In case of emergency like hot water problem, replacement of fused bulbs, any repair service like internet or TV not working, concierge staff are horrible and non cooperative will not cooperate to allow resident to fix appointment of engineers visit etc. and will make sure to talk rudely and solving problems takes months of month time if it's your individual problem, yes you heard correctly. Incase if you call they will either not pickup the phone and if you email they will shout on your face. Even pathetic behavior when you try to move in, move out so far not left but I can guess will write review when I leave. For last 7 months we have not received electricy, water bill and if you ask to the concierge always rude reply or excuses. Move to this apartment if you don't mind rough behavior, any peace loving person will not come here. Will leave once covid 2019 situation improves till then have to bear. Management should think of look into and do something to solve the problem else people like me will move on, now a days most people don't want to write feedback to improve rather they move on.

I stayed here for 3+ years. A wonderful place to call it your home. Very comfortable and close to all amenities, transport. Jessica the property manager @ THE HUB has been very helpful and ensured our stay was safe and comfortable. I highly recommend THE HUB.

I have lived at The Hub for over 3 years now, it is amazingly located and from a convenience point of view I cannot think of a better place. The neighbours are extremely friendly and helpful. Jessica, the property manager is great, she is extremely patient consistently goes over and above to help out even on weekends. I highly highly recommend living here.
