Good complex overall with incredible views although Canary Wharf is being built up with more high rises so those views will go soon. Concierge quite good overall and helpful but building management is bad and even though there have been various attempts to fix that, they didn't come to fruition. There's a gym, car park/bike storage and a Tesco within 2 minutes. Still one of the very few with infinity windows around the area!

Dont allow services to park in the entrance, problems with hot water, pay for going to the gym, bad building maintenance, expensive bills for building management, dirty filters in the air cooling, cheap house equipment and dirty carpets in the apartments.
