Tenants - avoid! Firstly, the building makes loud creaking noises (think old ship during a bad storm) when its windy, so basically all winter it is difficult to sleep at night. Plus, the heating and cooling system run by a very scam-looking company Murphy Young Utilities means we have been waiting for over a month now to get our deposit back and they cannot even produce a bill in our name. In floors 13-56 it takes an eternity to get a lift, as there are only 4 and at least one is usually broken. In addition, concierge often misplaced our keys etc. AVOID.

The management team scammed the tenants multiple times. Please avoid living in this building.

The staff (except for a few people) is very rude, unprofessional and unhelpful. I cant believe that in a building where apartments rent from 2k the management cant get professional and helpful staff. Another thing, while the gym has beautiful views and good equipment, there is too few of that wonderful equipment. The building is supposed to be luxury but unfortunately its lacking the luxurious feel and features. Im not sure whether the management doesnt care or doesnt realise all of these problems but the building is kind of a disappointment.

On the day I moved in, Chadi at the concierge was very helpful, he was patient, passionate and professional.
