        Old communal Sky Dish on roof had no signal so JP was called in to take a look. Confirmed that the Quattro / LNB was the reason for it, and changed the part. TV is now working in all rooms / across all floors and we are massively grateful. Was a 30-minute fix for a year's worth of issues that no one else could do, due to the location of dish, who originally installed it in 2006 (!), the pandemic (obvs) and general passing the buck. very polite and efficient, arrived when he said he would - and work completed for a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.
