I have bad experience with British Airways. The guy name Michael Perk check us in and he refused to give us the ticket. The reason he said we should be at the airport 3 hours and we still have 1 hour 30 mins left until our flight. He keep refuse to let us in and he was taking his time at the counter for like 30 mins. I believe hes being racist as British white guy, entitle and mean. So NO flight to british airway please not recommend at all.

Definitely not a luxurious experience waiting in like everywhere when you pay for a business class ticket. Very rude woman on the business class check in entrance, she shouldnt even be on economy support with her attitude. Food on the plane was bad. If you are paying for business get it with a different airline, plenty of other options for a similar price, but better service and experience

BA cancelled our flight two days before we were meant to return home from Germany. They offered three other flights for no extra charge, two a day early and one a day late, but none of them actually had any space on them when we tried to rebook within ten minutes of receiving the email. Ended up paying more with another airline and are now in the process of trying to get BA to pay the difference.

When I went to Dubai with BA, it was epic, the workers were fast and the food was excellent but when we went to Santorini, they told us to wait 2 hours for bag drop off and when we arrived back at London, the landing was very hard for some reason. We also went to Zurich and they told us to wait 1 hour and 30 minutes
