-The worst airline ever.
-I have received my luggage defected.
-The first flight sector has been delayed so I missed my bus to Nottingham.
-The claim process is so frustrated and complex.
The. they it meant to be like this, they need the client to give up and stop the process.
- It was meant to fly with Turkish airline, but I have fly with AnadoluJet, you should inform the customer about this point, otherwise it is a scam.
- No email or sms about the delay it was more than hour and half.
Very bad experience!
