I have been treated by Ruth at various stages of my life; whether for stress, arthritis, headaches, and for my general well being. I have always found her to be professional, approachable, and understanding. Most of all her treatments work. I remember seeing her when I was struggling to sleep and the night following treatment I slept like a baby. I cannot recommend her enough. Thank you Ruth for being amazing.

This has been one of the most helpful and effective acupuncture treatments I have ever had. Ruth not only takes her time to make you feel comfortable but ensures you have a personal experience by making sure she discusses your symptoms and feelings. I have been seeing Ruth for about 3 years now and she has helped me so much on my health journey and continues to do so to date. I would recommend her to anyone who is doing this treatment for the first time or even someone who has done this before. Thank you so much Ruth. No words or stars can express my gratitude enough.

I was very impressed with Ruth she did a thorough assessment and sorted out my back which I'd suffered with for years. I had a course of treatments which included acupuncture and cupping and found her very professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend Ruth and I continue to use her on a regular basis.

I have been coming to see Ruth for the last couple of years. She is such a lovely lady and makes you feel completely at ease. Id had the medical accupuncture before but hadnt tried the Chinese accupuncture. Well I cant emphasise enough how life changing it has been! The results of my treatment have been absolutely incredible, I cant believe it! Ruth has successfully treated my migraines, aching joints and many of my menapausal symptoms including hot flushes and sleep problems. She has also managed to treat my daughters back and shoulder problem successfully too (shes a hairdresser.)Go for a treatment with Ruth, you wont regret it! I cant thank Ruth enough, I feel like a new woman!
