Herbs & Acupuncture

I went for accupuncture and for the massage. The price was quite high but l thought it's worth trying. The needles were placed only on my hand, while all the accupuncture specialists puts all over the body. Anyhow let's say it meant to be like this. But the massage, via towel? Who does massage through the thick towel? Sadly didn't feel much of a pleasure and never experienced a massage where your body is not massaged directly with masseus hands. I could hardly feel anything and was very disappointed that receptionist did not inform me that the massage will be done in this way - otherwise l would not have gone for it. Especially for such price. sadly l was very disappointed of the service l was given. The money and quality doesn't match at all. Not recommending, and not coming back for sure.

If I could I would take even this star off. OMG!You pay a subscription fee...you don't get told about side effects. They just do it and try to push on you their services and herb without making sense of their plans. I have had yesterday a first session of agopunture as I am trying to get some realif for my endometriosis and OMG I ended up with bruises on my abdomen, I will never gonna go back and I will have to report the harm.

They make you pay upfront, then three treatments later ask you if you feel its working, if you say its not they recommend to stop treatment. So treatment stopped and they gave back the remaining money but in my case charged for three weeks treatment. I paid out 300.00 for what, feel just as bad. They will not give you their head office number If you email they dont answer your query just refuse to understand anything being said to them. Do they do this to everyone,? They need to be reported.

The massage was really bad, It didn't even feel like I had a massage afterwards a total waste of time and money . I will not go back nor recommend the place at all.

I know of this clinic for a few years as it is in my local area but until now I had never been in. I suffer from a lot of headaches and tiredness and was really fed up so I thought I would give it a try. I signed up for a course of 10 acupuncture sessions where one was offered free and a supply of Chinese herbs that I have to take twice daily. After the 4th session I already noticed a difference in how I felt, with more energy and less headaches. A couple of my sessions were complemented with a 30 minute massage which were also extremally good and professional.
