    the massage was OK but the manners of the masseuse was not!She was rude which somewhat ruined the whole session for me hence the low mark. I understand that long gone are the days when the client pays for the massage after it is finished, I do understand the need to pay before the massage starts. But the request for payment from the masseuse should be done politely I should not be told rudely YOU PAY NOW! and the money demanded from me in this unnecessarily aggressive manner.Especially when I have been polite and courteous to the staff and the masseuse and I have not shown any aggressiveness or resistance to payment before the massage! All I ask for is that the masseuses use the words PLEASE and THANK YOU and bare in mind that they should be grateful for any customers especially in this cost of living crisis!

    the massage i received on sunday 31/10/22 from the chinese masseuse Jinjing was great a perfect 5 out of 5. Unfortunately I have to mark my visit overall, so unfortunately I have had to deduct some stars, My complaints were:- 1.Jinjing left the room half way through the massage to speak to a friend on the phone. She should have had the phone on silent. 2. l only received about 20 minute massage not a full 30 minute massage. The massage time should start when the masseuse starts massaging not when the client enters the room to get ready for the massage. Customer service should come first not squeezing as many customers into the shop in a short space a time as possible. 3.The masseuse received a call on her mobile from her manageress who was in the 'staff only' room . She told Jinjin in chinese to end the massage. Jinjing should have decided when the massage should end not the manageress! Jinjin knew exactly when my massage started so would know exactly when it should end not the manageress stuck in her office! 4,I was only given 2-3 minutes to get ready to change by Jinjing before the massage .Customers should not feel rushed and should be given 5-10 minutes to get ready and comfortable.

    Li is an amazing doctor! I find out about her through my mum after being in a accident. She has been very kind and supportive. When it comes to acupuncture, I have to say she really knows what and where to put and it never stopped amazing me! I feel very relaxed, pain gone after her sessions and wish I could see her everyday. Not only as a doctor but she truly cares for her patients! Always asking how I feel and if there is any improvements after her sessions because she finds enjoyment seeing her clients getting better. But what surprised me even more is how she can tell with her colleague - is diagnosing your issues just by looking at your tongue! And its all true like wow! Its like a living Xrey scanner Anyway I highly recommend her, you wont regret it! Worth your every penny!

    My neck and shoulder has ceased up and I was in so much pain, the pain had even transferred into my ear. I am so grateful for the help and assistance I've received. I had 80% mobility in my neck back after just one visit of acupuncture and massage. I've been going back for treatments and I the care I've received have been second to none. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you so much for helping me with my recovery.
