Had to deal via my business to one of their director and was amazed how stubborn and difficult one can be. Absolutely no tact whatsoever. I would stay well away from their services if I was to consider them based on the way they behaved with my business and my employees: Rude, arrogant, and a huge sense of superiority. A real pity.
