Good service can be hard to come by. I met Alex from Alexander Associates in2015.He was highly recommended to me by another BNI member. At that point, I remember I was quite disappointed having changed accountants several times, so, to be honest, I didnt really have much faith or any expectations. I could not have been more wrong, Alex proving from the very beginning that he is simply the best there is. At that moment in time, back in2015, my business, NLDC, was still a start-up, and even though I was still quite new in the world of business, Alex always acted and treated us as if we were his most important client. Needless to say, we have worked together ever since! As my business has grown, Alex has catered for all our accounting needs, and last year he has also started helping me with Herts and Essex builders, helping us from the very beginning with setting up the business and setting up all the accounts processes and procedures necessary for the business to thrive. Alex is a man of great knowledge and humbly shares this knowledge with me, always taking the time to explain and clarify. Working relationships thrive based on good communication and problem solving. With Alex, it is always simple, professional and a pleasure to deal with. I have referred Alexs services to friends and family such as my friends hairdresser salon, and of course use his firm for my personal taxes as well and I can honestly say that he always rises to expectations. As I said in the beginning Good service can be hard to come by, and I am so grateful for having found Alex. Thank you Alex, for all your hard work and dedication and for being the amazing, beautiful human being that you are.
