        Not happy so far. They prepared the accounts and asked me to approve. I requested more details and they sent me a spreadsheet so I could check the entries and they hadn't retained the payer/payee field from the statements I provided. It appeared they were using a description field to divine the purpose of the transaction. When I requested they add this detail, it took a number of weeks. When I got this detail I found they had allocated a number of payments to the wrong suppliers (you'd have thought they'd have checked this before sending). Instead of owning the mistake and apologising, they questioned the need for seeing this detail, citing something about MTD (making tax digital) not having payee information.
