I had a great reflexology treatment on my feet from Sophie what a lovely lady ,very welcoming but calming she explained the procedure as this was my first time and I will be back. Sophie is incredible teacher and I have learnt so much about myself and the benifits reiki can bring. She works incredible closely with you and you really feel as if you getting the best guided knowledge possible. I couldnt recommend learning with Sophie more highly she is a true angel and feel very blessed to have her in my now in my life x

Fantastic experience with Sophie sending me some reiki. I was in pain and was feeling restless. By the end of the session, I was calm and ready to sleep.
