        The new owners are brilliant. They work far longer hours than before which is so convenient. They have even stayed open on Bank Holidays. They go the extra mile. They are friendly and have shown they care about the community. You never have to wait long in a queue.

        Poor service and ill mannered employee. Employee was more interested in chatting on private phone call than serving. No welcome greeting. No communication of cost of services purchased, (I had to ask). No eye contact, no thank you or goodbye. I don't know if the other staff display this attitude, but I think this employee needs a good lesson in customer service. Better off going to the Post Office in Beccles.
