Nice smooth concrete with a roller, quarter, pump bumps, halp pipe and flat land zone. Perfect for scooter, bmx and skateboard. Unfortunately lined with trees which make it slippery with leaves in the winter and provide a little shade which is good in summer, but stop it from drying in the cooler months. Next to a parkour area, play area and football fields. Football club and carpark is at the bottom.
