        We have just had a great week in Norfolk on Pacific Diamond. The boat to be fair is quite shabby but was reliable no problem with driving it easy to handle. There were however issues with the cleanliness particularly the toilet.Really bad. However all the issues were handled well by the owners who were more than helpful and apologetic . It is never the complaint that is important only how it is handled. Lovely spot on the Chet. Wouldn't stop us from using them again.

        Brilliant service. They opened on a Bank Holiday for Emergency blocked toilet and pump out on our privately owned boat. Really nice to us. Cannot recommend highly enough.
