If I could give this company zero or minus stars I would. I can reaffirm how disappointing that their lack of service, aftercare, customer service, customer satisfaction, remedy situations, fighting the to resolve customer issues is. I am severely disappointed in this company, this is probably the worst company I have come across. I have had roughly 6 visits from them regarding the same issue and after 30 months I have had no resolve, this is of many. If anyone would like the email trail or think I am over exaggerating please get in contact I will be happy to oblige. I cannot not will not recommend this company to anyone. If you look on company house you can see they have had several different owners over the last decade. Two years ago I wrote a scaling review after months of complaining due to my property being delayed in total 18 months. After months of trying to make contact me writing a review I was then suddenly contacted stating that if I do not remove that they may not make contact. Thus I did remove and suddenly Stephanie her name was which I believe is the owners daughter made contact after months of trying, I did then receive an apology and a discount of the delay. Their customer satisfaction amounts to zero and I will be writing on every social media platform I can regarding this. I cannot nor will not recommend this company to anyone. We have lived in this property for over 30 months and our road is still does not have tarmac. Service: Luxury home building

We have just moved into our new house and we are OVER THE MOON, I have nothing but praise and thanks to the Halsbury Homes team. We were previously in a Taylor Wimpey new build which we also loved, but I must say everything about Halsbury is 5* and is a total upgrade. Everything from start to finish has been fantastic. A special thank you to Jacqueline Smith who helped us throughout our journey we were up against some tight timeframes and Jacquelines expertise helped to keep our sale progressing in a timely manner. Jacqueline also helped us with our upgrades options which again, we are so happy with. An absolute pleasure to work with and so highly recommended by us thank you!! Ryan & Sophie

We are delighted to be buying one of the beautiful halsbury homes. So far the customer service has been excellent by Jacqueline. Jacqueline has a wealth of knowledge and experience in all areas and always happy to give advise where needed without being pushy. Other staff including site Managers and contractors have been polite and accommodating while maintaining security on the busy, organised site. We were initially unsure about buying a new build property with my husband being a builder but we have no hesitations with buying with this company as the standard and professionalism is exceptionally high from what we have seen so far. The properties are block and brick built, so very solid. The 9ft high ceilings really add the wow factor to the property. We are looking forward to viewing the newly built show room that opens soon in sprowston Norwich.

We have the misfortune to live adjacent to the St Georges Park Development. This was a lovely field till Halsbury got their hands on it. Now we have a mass of not so attractive houses. Site plans are misleading and the properties are much closer together than would appear on paper especially the expensive bungalows being built next to us. Such a shame that a local builder felt it necessary to spoil Loddon with this estate. And they want to build elsewhere in Loddon too.

Whilst the houses are built to a high standard in today's world of new builds, Halsbury themselves have let us down. During the sales period - we were told repeatedly this would be finished in brick weave - just as every other private driveway has been completed in at St George's Park. Not just detailed plans in the site office shown to us, depicting brick weave driveway, but Ian also made it clear this would be brick weave and very clear to visitors that this is a private driveway. At no point during the house purchase did anyone from Halsbury Homes discuss the change of plans with us. Either prior to exchanging, afterwards or during completion. As every other private driveway had been finished PRIOR to houses being completed (including the road surfaces) I raised this question to David (customer services) as soon as we completed and got the keys. He reviewed the site plans and agreed this is meant to be brick weaved, not tarmac. Numerous requests throughout the months and no final answer ever given until today's response to my complaint. When this is such a large viewing point from the frontage of our houses, there's been no respect at all from Halsbury to even make us aware of the change of plan - not even out of common courtesy as a customer. Skip forward to 7 months of conversations and complaints to finally get an answer out of them. Their response being its now going to be low grade, cheap tarmac due to brick weaving would cause a delay - Well if they bothered to ask all households within the private driveway, then they would know as we've already been waiting 7 months since moving in, we're likely to wait a little longer for what was promised to us. If I was to purchase a home again, I would question using Halsbury to begin with. Secondly, I would get your solicitor (not their recommended ones who clearly work for them, not you). to question everything they state in 'black and white' so answers are in writing, bound by contract. - Otherwise they'll wriggle their way out. After escalating my complaint to the directors, they simply passed it onto their solicitors to respond - it's clearly cheaper to pay for legal aid then lay the driveway as agreed. They will deny issues and problems until the cows come home. Don't want to take my word for it? Check out all the other bad reviews and make up your own mind on Halsbury Homes Ltd.
