Everetts Pharmacy

I used another well known chemist who last month, when they dispensed my tablets, left me short on tablets. A new prescription was completed and they couldn't dispense any at all as there was a manufacturer problem. I retrieved my prescription, then rang Everetts. The lady was so helpful telling me they had my tablets. I was so happy with the service from everyone at Everetts. The tablets I am owed from the previous chemist expire in 2 days and as they cannot fulfil the requirements I have basically lost them.

5 stars to the duty pharmacist and her team for helping me out this morning. My mum had run out of blood pressure meds that I usually order online from Lloyds but was delayed because of stock shortage. I went into Everetts to see if they could help. Yes they could! The pharmacist was really knowledgeable and 10 minutes later, I walked out with the meds required. Thank you to everyone on duty this morning (Wednesday 27th July). Fantastic service.

Went into the shop and asked to see the pharmacist as I had an eye infection and needed his advice. I was asked to wait for five minutes. I said Thankyou and waited. Fifteen minutes later with no one waiting. I left. I spoke to the assistant, who told me he was tied up with a previous customer. Unfortunately she didnt witness that there was no one waiting except me until five minutes before I got up and left . That someone else required a prescription. The pharmacist was on the computer the whole time. He did look up and see me waiting several times. I will not be using Everett again. Mrs C Solcock
