Shocking! it's impossible to get an appointment to see a doctor. If you can get though and get an appointment it's for two weeks and a telephone consultation.

Had an awful experience with one of the partner doctors (DR Cole) he had a very Rude and condescending attitude and doesn't even let you fully explain your concerns before cutting you off with sarcastic comments. I first did an NHS e consult, which advised me to contact either 111 or my GP based on my symptoms. So why I was met with such a rude response I do not know. I myself also work within a medical field (Veterinary) and have family members and close family friends who work within Human Medicine and so we understand the levels of compassion and duty of care that are required, something that this DR clearly doesn't seem to have. Safe to say I'm pleased I will no longer require this doctor's surgery once I move.

My mum has been at this surgery for years. In the last three she has been diagnosed with cancer. During this time, not once has a Dr contacted her and now theyre stopping her six weekly b12 injection which costs a matter of pence. Without regular injections mum is unsteady on her feet, forgetful and is unable to function properly. She could fall and break her hip which would cost the NHS a great deal more. The impression we both have is that they do not care about their patients, which is a horrible way to feel when youre 87 and unwell. We will be leaving the surgery and hoping for a better experience elsewhere.
