        I have been going there since first needing glasses a few years ago. I need 3 separate pairs of glasses and was never happy with the distance ones and couldn't wear them. They have languished in my handbag for years because the rather pompous staff (including an older gentleman that I assume to be the owner) kept insisting that I simply wasn't trying hard enough to get used to them. I have now switched to a chain. For the first time, I have 3 pairs of glasses, all of which (including the distance ones) are crystal clear. Half the cost of this place, too. I don't recommend Eyestyle Locks Heath at all - they are expensive and patronising!
