Communication is excellent, with a fast response to initial request and we were kept up to date with texts on the day of journey. Ryan is professional, courteous and reliable. The car was immaculate with covid safety measures in place. I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to take the hassle out of travel arrangements. I have used HEC three times, have even finally got to meet the Chief man,I Ryan, himself! An excellent Company. Well managed, good manners, excellent timekeeping and very helpful with my (overloaded) cases. I was also helped with the unlocking of my front door, not an easy task for me with RA hands. It was nice to be comfortable with somebody elses driving, being a driver myself I know that I am a back seat driver, so was apprehensive of being driven. I need not have worried HEC are careful and considerate drivers. Although more expensive than some being able to relax was a definite plus they are also trustworthy as on one occasion they looked after my 'Blue Badge' and carefully returned it to me when they bought me home from a trip, I now look forward to my next trip in April. Ill be nicely relaxed before I get to the Airport.
