        Came in for some simple bodywork a few months ago, after them being recommended to me. I had a minor scratch and dent on one panel, and asked for somebody to give me a quote and one of the workers told me the usual guy isnt in. He then came out to my car and said that it would cost more than the car to fix (a 8.5k car) and offered me a few grand for my car and was clearly serious about it. Absolute joke, went to body shop in Hewish, 400 and did an incredible job. Need to get your staff trained to not try and rip people off. Gave 2 stars as maybe it would of been different if the proper staff member was there, that this worker said had gone out. Apologies I didnt take his name, I was just shocked and left.
