        Pulled in this morning as I had run out of screen wash. Water machine didn't work but Mick, the forecourt attendant told us not to worry as he would sort us out. What an amazing man. A credit to Shell. Many thanks

        I pulled into the garage yesterday morning with a puncture,it was 7.30am, it was dark,I was on the way to work and I was anxious and unsure what to do. Mick, the forecourt attendant, couldn't have been nicer, he reassured me, he changed my tyre for me, he packed away everything neatly in my car I have so much gratitude for him and can only say how grateful I am to him Mick is an absolute credit to the Shell team Thank you
