Cambrian Heritage Railways Llynclys South Station

There's a security issue with the Cambrian Heritage Railways website that Bitdefender detects and so I am unable to access the timetable. This really needs addressing. Happy to revise my rating once this is done.

We visited the Santa Special and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The staff and volunteers were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The train journey was most enjoyable. Lots of waves and smiles from the workers and at our destination including a very sociable 'Santa' who handed out a present with an Elve present. We waited in a warm 1st class carriage for our return train and it was a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. The station had some great Xmas cards and a raffle ticket with some amazing prizes, which was good. The only thing that could be tweaked is the refreshments at Weston could have a VG offering as there was none. Fortunately there was carrot and coriander soup which came in handy on a cold wintry day. Well worth a visit we must say. Thank you and good luck for the future. See you again another time.
