        I am super unhappy with the service i received, Terry was super unresponsive. I had to send him email and then chase again over phone to ask him to read emails and reply me. So that we agreed a date for my flooring to get done, he by himself decided to cancel without notifying me, and almost ruining all my plans. He bought the vynil of the complete different colour that I asked, and his team member just set it up, now i have to live with it. If i would not be in rush, after couple of not answering my emails I would really look for other service providers.

        I am so happy with the service, the communication and the work done in my house. The owner Terry was very communicative, always quick and specific responses and super lovely person. On the other hand, the person that came to fix my carpet (I unfortunately didn't catch his name) was very polite, respectful, quick and efficient. I am so happy with the experience overall and I would 100% recommend it, in fact im telling everyone about it! Service: Carpet installation
