Favourite part of the week! Been going regularly every week now for a good chunk of time. Rich is great he caters to everyone from just starting out to more advanced. Very fun and you learn alot would highly highly recommend coming down and giving it a try!

Was really nervous to join the gym because I had never done martial arts before, but the guys at Mythology are immensely welcoming and they make you feel like you fit in right off the bat. They do a lot of mixed classes so if you're a beginner they'll get you involved and up to speed in a considerate and very knowledgable way. The gym is cool with loads of different classes and equipment. Big up!

Great place, but more importantly: great people. I followed Rich - the head coach - as he opened this new gym. Rich has a very unique background: not only he is a former professional competitor in MMA with a background in Muai Thai, but he also has extensive knowledge of Physiotherapy (he works for the NHS in that department). He is a body mechanics and he also knows how to help the spirit on motivation, inclusive and respectful culture etc. This is very unique. Training hard is one thing, but over training, training wrong, can lead to injury. Here you will train hard in the right way. The place has everything you need to train and the other coachs are great too.

I have been attending the muay thai class with Richard for a little over 3 weeks now and i can honestly say its been an awesome experience. All the members wether they are new or veteran are very welcoming and the instuctions given by Richard are very clear and to the point. He takes time to really help each student to understand the movements and puts it in a way that clicks with each person. Would highly recomend the muay thai class. Looking forward to trying the other classes one day.
