On the recommendation of a fellow parent I asked Angelo Flooring to quote for a job. This was five months ago. In the mean time I've experienced people not showing up when they said and a succession of excuses as to why things haven't progressed ranging from "we lost your email" to simply being ignored until I wrote a Google review. I find I'm disappointed that I didn't get to experience the workmanship that was recommended but also glad I didn't enter into a business relationship with a company so unprofessional in its approach to business.

We have used Angelo flooring over many years in both Georgian and Victorian homes - they are FANTASTIC. The woods they get are top quality at decent prices, the workforce are artists in their own right and the admin team friendly and efficient. have just scrolled down to see a couple 1-2 stars. I am very surprised that such negative comments are directed at this company. As mentioned in my review, they have always done a brilliant job - great workmanship, punctuality absolutely fine, and the team really terrific. Had I not put in wood floors - and more importantly, had I not had the great benefit of using Angelo flooring - I would have never gotten the excellent return when I sold my property - in one case, the hard wood flooring done by Angelo flooring actually brought in a 100% profit 4 years later. That was not simply due to the crazy seller's market - it was because great floors sell a house!
