        Since Silverlock took over July 2018. I have needed 3 appointments but have never been seen by a Dr there. I've had 2 telephone appointments, in which I was told to pick up a prescription and the 3rd, I was sent to urgent care in Old Jamaica Rd!!! Aug 2021 Silverlock have now found their feet and appt times are much better. Always get seen on time which is something that NEVER happened when it was Avicenna HC (not Avicemma)

        Silverlock Medical Centre is based at this site. They are the best GP surgery I've ever had, all of the staff are friendly and caring, from receptionists to nurses to doctors. I feel supported with my chronic health problems and am very grateful for the work they do.
