We've been waiting for months for the electricity to be switched on. They have an army of telephone operators to say sorry but nobody to actually do the physical work required at the property. Each month we are given a provisional 3 day slot in which the work is scheduled, but nobody calls to confirm. The date passes and we start the process again... Fake sympathy from the legion of telephone operators, while we sit in the dark twiddling our thumbs.

Sent three notes and spoke to a person who said they would sort out an issue no reply as yet. Eons sub contractor damaged my property installing a smart meter and they just don't care. There duty of care is well frankly missing.

sent my acc to debt agency when i had rang them months ago to ask them if my monthly plan need to go up and wss told no .rang them and asked what was going on and was told plan not high enough

Not even worth one star. Harassing me and my wife over money owed to them from the previous occupant of our property. We have told them over and over and they always say oh yes well sort it. Now we are having letters through the door saying they will send over debt collectors. All this over an owed 26. They seem efficient at trying to get money from you but not change their records. If any debt collecting agency comes over to our property I will call the police and take EON to court for harassment and recompense.

really upset at this firm - I have made a mistake of which I was on the phone with them this morning and thought I had completely fixed this whole thing, instead of DD as I applied for last year they stockpiled invoices and charged me 309 for 7 months - I gladly paid explained I applied for DD before I hadn't had emails from them asking for money etc. happy to be sorted not a bother - HOWEVER then come this afternoon they say that 309 wasn't the full bill despite it being the ONLY money outstanding that the customer rep knew about, the ONLY funds outstanding on the only email I have from them and this time its 440 more! I'm flabbergasted and frustrated and feeling like I've made a mistake and this company are targeting me for a mistake made they've made no apology and added 100 per month (167 total) to my DD and explained even though I've made the 309 payment this is still payable today and overdue and adding it to the DD payment plan I will leave this godforsaken company but here is my warning TL:DR - they will actively add money to your account, they won't accept you've made payment despite email evidence and will hold your credit score hostage to force you to pay these hiked up fees...
