This has been the most UTTERLY, disastrous experience of an agency I have every encountered! The lack of communication when at fault is exhausting. They will deliberately avoid any communication with you when they know they have missed paid, incorrectly paid you or have provided appalling accommodation. They had booked my ticket to the wrong airport, they then provided me with accommodation abroad as a driver which had an INFESTATION OF BUGS! No working washing machine, no gas cooker, nothing to cook with, no dishes, filthy fridge, no bedsheets or pillows, dirt everywhere, unexplainable stains in the toilet. Even wernt reporting these things they ignored us, they did not care we were having to order food every day as we could not cook anything. I dont know where to start with you guys. This has been one of the worst experiences in my life and Ive had a lot. Completely dishonest not only to me but my friends who had joined the agency too. Abdul is one of the worst agents not to mention the director who was extremely rude. I dont care how much they are offering you there is a catch! DO NOT work for these people, you will dread it! Paul Watson youre a disgrace to humanity and Karma will come back to you the way you treat your British drivers. May I also add all international drivers were sacked with no prior warning!

The staff are very nice however, this company is very unreliable. If youre looking for a job then this isnt the company to go for. I had completed my training in June and was promised to start work after I receive my DBS however, its now been three months and I still havent started work despite the fact that I completed the course work and received my DBS. I was really looking forward to start work however I am now enrolling with a different company. I believe the company is looking for specific people. I have another job and I had to take two weeks off just so I could attend and complete the course. If youre looking for work within the care field I suggest looking at another agency, the most youll probably get out of Oasis is a free DBS and certificate in which Im still grateful for however, had I gone to another agency Im sure I would have started work by now.

The carers were fine, 1 was exceptionally good but the office staff are ridiculously incompetent, rude, arrogant and impolite. When they are challenged as an agency they end up throwing a tantrum and end the contract:) I would recommend others to go with an alternative agency or avoid all together if youre a professional minded person.
